About Catalyst
History:
Catalyst Engineering was in full time operation beginning in 2009. Jennifer Menendez founded Catalyst Engineering in 2008 with an idea of building a company that cares about people. We show we care about our clients by providing efficient, quality service and keeping them updated with progress on their projects. We show we care about our employees by providing a flexible work environment based on excellence and respect that will be a place for people to succeed in their career and know that they are contributing to something bigger than themselves that will impact many people. We show we care about our community by providing the quality, safe, environmentally responsible designs. We show we care about the world by having a focus of giving.
Experience:
Jennifer Menendez has over 15 years of design experience that ranges from roadway and drainage design to site development to permitting. She has worked in the public sector for the FDOT, the City of Tallahassee, the City of Carrabelle, and Blueprint 2000 designing drainage systems, roadways and utility expansions. She has also served numerous clients in the private sector developing subdivisions and commercial sites, helping them navigate different municipality regulations and permitting agency rules to achieve their goals with designs that fit their needs and achieve their desires.
